The Palubicki’s and Deb drove all the way out to see Drew and the Anderson clan! I was so excited to see some visitors pull up to the house. Unfortunately I was a bit sick, so I was working on healing my stomach. I used the mass quantities of Wisconsin Alto Diary cheese that they brought to patch up my GI tract! Fontina to the rescue!
We had a good time catching up, going for walks and shooting the breeze. The ladies and I also rented a chick flick and enjoyed a glass of wine. It was a nice and easy weekend.
Drew and aunt Lyssa were able to spend some quality time together. They played footsie in the evening. Drew was bracing his knees with his hands while Lyssa was coaching him. We showed Laurie how to burp Drew with some strong back taps. Hilarious.
On Sunday Lyssa and I got Drew ready for his photo shoot! He was not feeling like smiling for us – but we managed to grab some cute 3 month photos. It was so nice to be able to share some time with Palubicki ladies and my mother. Friends are the spice of life they say – I’m so fortunate that I have some lovely ladies in my spice cabinet, that’s for sure!
